Everyone should give menstrual cups a try. I was surprised by how much more autonomous and in-charge of my body I felt. Using a Divacup also helped me learn to appreciate the way that my body works instead of being disgusted or ashamed by it.

- You can put it in before your period actually starts i.e. no surprises ever.
- Don’t have to carry around awkward amounts of tampons.
- No problems with getting to the store/buying tampons when you don’t have a car/money.
- Almost never leaks.
- These ones come in pretty colors.
- Totally comfy once you get used to it.
